Will the audience relate?
Attendees often say, "I don't know where they found you, but I'm glad they did! You're not the typical industry insider that we hear year after year." My personal story quickly earns the respect of each audience and inspires them to take positive actions. Because I talk to several attendees in advance (selected by you), I empathize with each audience and am able to be spot-on relevant. Finally, as a graduate of an education system, a consumer of products, and user of services, I also bring the customer perspective which is arguably the most important one to hear.
